What internship did you have, and what were your responsibilities?
I was doing art direction internship at VML New York office. The responsibilities included coming up visual concepts and create mockups and designs, visual design assignments both in digital and print formats, and other assistant design assignments helping with various ongoing creative projects.
What was the biggest lesson you learned during your internship?
I have deeper understanding of learning by doing. Through working on various projects, I took up different skill sets. That also encourages me to be brave to take on new challenges always.
Why did you choose the NY Program over others offered by the Global Programs office?
New York is always the dream place for young creatives to land their career. For me, it is a huge stage full of opportunities and challenges. I believed it would be a valuable experience during my study in the U.S.
