In April, MU Journalism Abroad held a photo contest asking students who have previously or are currently studying abroad to submit pictures of students working in their internships abroad.

Klauda snapped this picture of Benjamin Zach as he photographed the Tejona Wind Farm in Costa Rica. Zach and Klauda studied in Costa Rica over the winter intersession.
MU Journalism Abroad would also like to congratulate Elisa Day, Kylie Tutko, Anna Smylie, and Caitlin Alexander whose photos (below) were selected as finalists in the photo contest.
Alexander reports from outside Buckingham Palace while studying in London in 2011.
Tutko gathers decorations for a Johnson & Johnson event organized by the marketing agency Avant-Garde that her and Smylie interned at while studying in Buenos Aires.
